International Human Rights Section Chair Appointed to Commission

The Center for Justice & Accountability’s Almudena Bernabeu was recently selected by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to be a member of the city’s Immigrant Rights Commission (IRC). The purpose of the IRC is to advise the mayor and Board of Supervisors on issues and policies related to immigrants who live or work in San Francisco.

Shirish Gupta Elected to State Bar Council of Sections

Flashpoint Mediation’s Shirish Gupta was elected Co-Vice Chair of the State Bar Council of Sections at the State Bar Annual Meeting.

Starting in October of 2015, Gupta and co-chair Matt Powelson will lead the council consisting of sixteen state-wide practice area sections and the California Young Lawyers Association.

Jennifer Lloyd Kelly Recognized by Daily Journal

Jennifer Lloyd Kelly of Fenwick & West was recently recognized by the Daily Journal as a Top California Entertainment Lawyer.

Kelly is a partner in the firm’s Litigation department and the firm’s Industry Lead in Gaming and Digital Media.
